This is a genetic disease causing the skin being as vulnerable as the wings of a butterfly. Such children are called butterflies. The treatment of this disease is not possible in Misha's home, there are only a few medical centers throughout Europe that can treat this disease.

The University Clinic Freiburg has a center for bullous epidermolysis, where experienced doctors can help the boy.

However, the examination and subsequent treatment costs 30,000.00 €. The mother of Mischa, who is a single mother, has a very low income and cannot afford this on her own.
